Replacement and Return Policy

To ensure the safety of our valued customers and due to the nature of the products we offer, we regret to inform you that we cannot accept returns or exchanges once the products have been received in good condition without any damage or shortage.


You may return or exchange your order only if it arrives damaged, incomplete, or different from what was ordered. In such cases, please contact us via the following email:

According to the following instructions:

- Send an email containing the order number, date, photos of the defective product, and the reason for the return or exchange, within 24 hours of receiving the order.


Please note that once the order reaches the customer's city, we are not responsible for non-receipt of the order and the customer is not entitled to request a refund.


Order Cancellation

Once payment is completed, orders cannot be canceled.
