Shipping and Delivery Policy

1- Orders are delivered within and outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia according to the timeframe specified by the shipping company chosen by the customer.

2- Revive Oil Store is not responsible for damage caused during shipping or delays in delivery caused by the shipping company, as these matters are beyond the store's control.

3- If the order is returned to the store by the shipping company due to:

  • The customer not responding to the shipping company or repeated postponements.
  • Errors in the shipping details provided by the customer before completing the order.
  • The customer will be contacted to arrange for re-shipping, and the customer will bear the cost of re-shipping.

4- Once the order is prepared for shipping, you will receive your shipment tracking number through standard communication channels such as email, text messages, or mobile app notifications. You can track your order status through your account in our online application.

5- The delivery period usually does not exceed 15 business days from the date the order is handed over to the shipping company. However, this period may be exceeded due to the following factors:

  • Accuracy of the delivery address.
  • Customer availability at the delivery location.
  • Circumstances of the shipping company or customs procedures.
  • Force majeure circumstances.

6- Customers must respond to the shipping company upon contact and coordinate to receive their orders. Note that recipient information cannot be modified after the shipping label is generated for any reason.

7- If the shipment is not received by the customer and is subsequently returned to the store, the store is not responsible for any re-shipping fees or loss of the shipment.

8- The store is not responsible for delayed shipments or damage occurring during transit or storage outside the store’s facilities. In the event of damage or loss, the matter must be resolved directly between the customer and the shipping company, as all shipments are insured.

9- Customers should take into account weekends, public holidays, and official holidays during the shipping process, as they are not included in the shipping period.

10- If the shipping company does not respond to you within 15 business days of receiving the shipment, please notify us for guidance and intervention if necessary.
